I`m using Adobe and pdf filler. I find pdf filler easier to use for marking up docs etc which is all I have used it for so far. I am interested in learning more functionalities.

Compared to another pdf fiiller I had tried, there's no comparison. PdfFiller was very user friendly. I only needed it for a job application but if I were to need a pdf filler more often I would certainly go with this one. Thank you for the free trial.

Can my employer tell me how much to tip out?
The short answer is yes, in general, and while laws vary by state, the operator can determine the house tip out percentages. This is another area that would benefit from some standard industry benchmarks, but each operation has different staffing and different needs.
Is it legal to tip out?
Presently, the only limits the ESA places on tip pooling or tipping out is to require a clear policy. An employer's policy should address how tips with be divided between employees as well as when and how tips will be paid out. To keep everyone honest, the policy should be posted for employees to review.
Can employers force you to tip out?
Tip Basics Under California law, an employer cannot take any part of a tip that's left for an employee. This means that you can't be forced to share your tips with the owners, managers, or supervisors of the business (who are all considered to be the agents of the employer).
How does tipping out work?
Tipping out means that waitstaff and bartenders collect tips throughout their shifts, and before clocking off, distribute a percentage of their tips to hosts, busses, runners, the kitchen staff and anyone else who helped them throughout the night without receiving tips.
Who can participate in a tip pool?
California tip pooling laws state that only restaurant employees in the chain of service (servers, busses, bartenders, etc.) can participate in a tip pool. Also, tips from the tip pool must be redistributed in a fair and reasonable manner that respects the amount of service each employee provided to the customer.
Why are tips taken out of my paycheck?
Your pay stub should show your tips as income, so the taxes can be calculated on the total amount you made and so your employer can computer how much you get paid per hour. The tips should also be shown as a deduction from the check because you've already received them.
Is it legal to take tips out of a paycheck?
Furthermore it is illegal for employers to make wage deductions from gratuities, or from using gratuities as direct or indirect credits against an employee's wages. The law further states that gratuities are the sole property of the employee or employees to whom they are given.
