Totally worth the money! You can upload pdf's that aren't fillable and make them fillable. There are also tens of thousands of pdf documents available for downloading - not just forms, but also sample motions and briefs actually filed in court. So it's also a great tool for research.

I have used the free trial twice. When I signed up for a $6 one month personal subscription I was billed $20USD. I have sent an email about this and hope to have it resolved.

What do you like best?
How simple it is to use. I can sign on anywhere and make edits to pdf's. I can also convert documents. I've been using pdf filler for almost 3 years now and absolutely love it! Just renewed my subscription for year 4!

No complaints. Even on the rare occasion where the system crashes, the pdf filler team sends you an email to let you know they're working on correcting the problem. It's usually fixed within minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't think about it twice, use it!

Had many of the forms I needed, however, surprised with researching NC business forms I found a 1997 form but not a 2000 form. Fortunately I can use a 2001 form for 2000 year.

How do I find my date of separation from military?
Use the Everett request system. Mail or Fax Standard Form SF-180.
Can you look up military service records?
Most military records are on paper or microfilm and copies will need to be mailed to you. They are not typically available to view online. Records of military personnel who separated from the military: Less than 62 years ago are federal (non-archival) records.
How do I look up someone's military record?
You may check the status of your request by using the Online Status Update Request form. You may also contact the PRC directly through a toll-free phone number: 1-866-272-6272. The National Personnel Records Center is open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, CST.
Is military service public record?
Military personnel records are open to the public 62 years after they leave the military. Records of any veteran who separated from the military 62 (or more) years ago can be ordered by anyone for a copying fee (detailed below under cost). See Access to Military Records by the Public for more details.
Are dd214 public record?
Note: Camps, separation documents (DD214), replacement records, and medical records are not open to the public and must go through a verification process to obtain these items.
Are military discharge papers public record?
Public access depends on the discharge date: Records are accessioned into the National Archives, and become archival, 62 years after the service member's separation from the military. This is a rolling date, the current year minus 62 years. See more information on records older than 62 years.
Is military discharge public record?
If the Veteran was discharged more than 62 years ago, you can order a copy of their military records. The National Archives opens all records to the public 62 years after discharge. If the Veteran was discharged less than 62 years ago, you may be able to request limited information from their Military Personnel File.
How can I get a copy of military discharge papers?
Replacing Your Discharge Papers. You or your next-of-kin can request a copy of your DD Form 214 online by going to the National Personnel Records Center website. You can mail or fax your signed and dated request to the National Archives' National Personnel Record Center (PRC).
