Easy to use, but seems like a lot of steps to go through to get to the documents and to save them to my computer. I have to save it to my computer to print it because printing from the program doesn't get it all printed on the 8.5x11" paper so leaves information off.

I didn't want to pay for this feature but it is really a great program. I only wish I would be able to be copied and review status of Signed documents as it progresses without paying additional. Or adding the file for Esign to my personal email sent file.

The PDF writer worked perfect for what I needed Pretty easy to use and worked just as advised. I needed this to fill out PDF documents vs. printing them out and hand writing them. In addition finish product is neat and looks professional. Don't have any negatives other than if it where free it would be even better, but the fee is small in relationship to what you gain.

My subscription had expired My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. Select the cell or column that contains the text you want to split. Select Data > Text to Columns. In the Convert Text to Columns Wizard, select Delimited > Next. Select the Delimiters for your data.
In the Select or enter a delimiter drop-down, select Colon, Comma, Equals Sign, Semicolon, Space, Tab, or Custom. Select Custom to specify any character delimiter. Select a Split option. Expand Show advanced options, and enter the Number of columns to split into.
Select the cell, range, or entire column that contains the text values that you want to split. On the Data tab, in the Data Tools group, click Text to Columns. Follow the instructions in the Convert Text to Columns Wizard to specify how you want to divide the text into separate columns.
In the table, click the cell that you want to split. Click the Layout tab. In the Merge group, click Split Cells. In the Split Cells dialog, select the number of columns and rows that you want and then click OK.
Select the cells you want to split into two cells. On the Data tab, click the Text to Columns option. In the Convert Text to Columns Wizard, if you want to split the text in the cells based on a comma, space, or other characters, select the Delimited option.
Select a blank cell, and type this formula =LEFT(A1,(FIND(“ “,A1,1)-1)) (A1 is the first cell of the list you want to extract text), and press Enter button. Tips: (1) If you want to extract text before or after comma, you can change to “,”.
