Easy-to-use program once you fiddle with it awhile. Would like ability to edit text also (portions that are inapplicable rather than striking through).

I was shocked to learn AFTER I PAID that the "monthly" payment touted in 3 big choice boxes was ONLY and effective cost IF I paid an annual fee IN FULL. THAT WAS NOT CLEAR and I feel duped. However, I am extremely pleased with what you offer AND the ease of using your site. It is well worth the 29.99/month vs what I thought was 9.99. You really need to make that clear for your customers, though. Don't start a customer relationship with the customer feeling duped or tricked.

A legal separation, is a court order that mandates the rights and duties of a couple while they are still married, but living apart. In a divorce, the spouses are no longer married.
Legal separation (sometimes judicial separation, separate maintenance, divorce a Mensa et Thor, or divorce from bed-and-board) is a legal process by which a married couple may formalize a de facto separation while remaining legally married. A legal separation is granted in the form of a court order.
Don't publicize it. Tell someone you are getting a divorce, and suddenly everyone has something to say. Don't move out. Don't maintain the status quo. Don't date just to date. Don't delay the inevitable.
A legal separation is very similar to a divorce. It allows you to live apart whilst remaining married. Many couples chose to do this informally without going to the trouble of recording their separation with the court and paying court and legal fees. Your religious beliefs do not agree with divorce.
Most importantly, a legal separation agreement will protect you from being responsible for any debt your spouse acquires during the period of separation if you live in an equitable distribution state. If you live in a community property state, you don't get this protection under a legal separation agreement.
The key difference between legal separation and divorce is that when you are separated, you are still legally married to your spouse even though you are living apart. If you later decide to get divorced, you'll have to go through the legal steps necessary to terminate your marriage.
To satisfy the test of being separated, those spouses generally lead separate lives, do not share a bedroom, do not go out in public as a couple, and for all intents and purposes, while they may co-exist under the same roof, there is no intention to live together in a marriage or marriage-like relationship any further.
