What do you like best?
We use PDFfiller primarily for tracking and completing registration forms for the advanced trainings we provide to mental health professionals across the country. Manually managing these forms was a nightmare as our business started to grow. Once we started using PDFfiller, it began incredibly easy and hassle free to monitor who was registered for which trainings and when. the integrated PayPal and Stripe systems make it super easy to allow customers to pay registration fees immediately and we are notified as soon as that happens. Also, PDFfiller offers a digital fax line. In today's day and age, we are completely wireless and adding a hardwired fax line would have been such a pain. For 10 bucks we are able to digitally send and receive faxes which is very helpful when dealing with physicians and other medical providers.
What do you dislike?
We have only had one real issue with PDFfiller. At some point a few months ago, we had some issues with the PayPal/Stripe payment integration. We were unable to send receipts to our customer which was rather frustrating for us and them because of the amount of money people spend to some to our trainings. I reached out to someone at PDFfiller and a manager responded the next business day and said they would get in touch with the team who handles that part to get it fixed. Though I did not hear back, within a week or so the problem was fixed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. It is well worth the price for what you are getting.

Sending and receiving faxes through this program is a lifesaver. I am able to access them anywhere at any time whether I am in the office or out of town. It's also a great organizational tool for tracking out "link to fill" forms.

Excellent website with great features
I receive documents from my client's customers that need to be filled out and signed by my client. These are handled by PDFFILLER quickly and efficiently.
It's very easy to fill in PDF files and it's just as simple to add and insert signatures.
Sometimes movements within the website are a bit lengthy. After downloading a completed document, returning to the exact page would be nice.

Editing pdfs without the need to convert them
What i like the most about this software is the fact that when i have to edit a pdf wher i lost my source document i dont have to convert it in order to edit it, i can just simply use pdf filler editing functions and that's it.
Took some getting used to as it, also in some cases is complicated to get the text in the place i selected to put it

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. The software was actually really great and extremely useful. I didnt really experience any difficulties with it and was exactly what I needed and a quick pinch without having to install anything. There was one small issue with my account, but the support team got back to me within the same hour and resolved what I needed. Amazing all the way through.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
