For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Head back to Settings -> Messages and tap to open 'Send & Receive'. Next, tap where it says 'Apple ID: (your Apple ID)' and choose 'Sign Out'. Sign back in using your Apple ID and try sending an iMessage to one of your friends with an iPhone.
Toggle iMessage Off and On Restart your device and then return to those same settings and toggle iMessage back on. If that didn't do the trick, try signing out of iMessage and then signing back in with your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. Tap your Apple ID and choose Sign Out.
If both devices have iMessage turned on and to send as SMS when iMessage is not available, the the green messages are indicative of iMessage not being available on one or both devices.
But if you'd like to send Text Messages to a single contact, you have a couple options. Disable iMessage when messaging your contact, then re-enable it when your conversation is over or you'd like to use iMessage again. To do this, visit Settings > Messages, then toggle off iMessage.
Go to Settings > Messages and Turn OFF and then back ON your iMessage option. Now open back Message and try to send a message to your friend 's iPhone, but make sure to use the button at the Top-Left corner to find your friend and start the conversation, don't just open your recent chat with him/her.
If your iPhone messages are green, it means that they're being sent as SMS text messages rather than as iMessages, which appear in blue. iMessages only work between Apple users. You'll always see green when writing to Android users, or when you're not connected to the internet.
It could be possible that the person has either blocked you and if this is not the case then, try point 2. Sign Out Of iMessage and Sign Back In. Head back to Settings -> Messages and tap to open 'Send & Receive'. Sign back in using your Apple ID and try sending an iMessage to one of your friends with an iPhone.
