What do you like best?
I like that we can search the internet for fillable forms. I also like that we can email and fax right from pdffiller

The only issue I have had is when using the iPad or iPhone version. The dates become messed up for some reason. Very simple to fix once I’m back in a computer though.

How simple it is to use. I can sign on anywhere and make edits to pdf's. I can also convert documents. I've been using pdf filler for almost 3 years now and absolutely love it! Just renewed my subscription for year 4!
What do you dislike?
No complaints. Even on the rare occasion where the system crashes, the pdf filler team sends you an email to let you know they're working on correcting the problem. It's usually fixed within minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't think about it twice, use it!

PdfFiller works like a charm and Customer Support is great. I use pdfFiller more than I expected I would and for routine tasks such as filling out and sending important documents via USPS Regular Mail and Certified Mail, PdfFiller saves me time and effort. I had some issues learning certain pdfFiller features and I was surprised how fast Customer Support got back to me with assistance. I also liked pdfFiller's Forms library for ease and convenience and the ability to sign forms remotely.

The integration from the link in the email to the app on my phone. For some reason, there is a disconnect.

If you have customizations and processes you wish to conform E-signature function in your documents, PDF Filler is a great tool. Great for contract-heavy and approval-required documents for our business. Great for folks who have medium to advanced level of word processing abilities and technical capabilities with graphic apps. If that's you, you will be a quick study. If you find it dificult to work in a Word document or Powerpoint or other types of programs, this app will have a learning curve for you.

While Pdr Filer is a great tool. Customers should be given some type of training before they use the program. There are many features that are not being utilized because I don't how to they work or that they exist.

How big of a structure can I build without a permit?
Accessory Structures (Non-Dwelling) Such structures shall not have a floor area that exceeds 120 square feet and the height above grade shall not exceed 12 feet. Your shed is no larger than 20 square meters if you live in a residential area. If you live in a rural area (RU1, RU2, RU3, RU4 or RU5), your shed is no larger than 50 square meters. Your shed is at least 900 mm away from each boundary.

You don't need a permit to build a shed if it meets all of these criteria: The total area (or footprint) of the shed's roof is 120 square feet or less. The shed is a single-story building.
Do I need a permit to build an off grid cabin?
Build Small & You Won't Need A Permit Most counties require a dwelling to be over a certain square footage, but they also allow buildings to be built on your property without permits. A 20×20 cabin is 400 square feet. Add a couple sleeping lofts, and you can have 600 square feet of living space.
Do you need permits building off the grid?
