I am not very computer literate although the system is simple enough to work with that I can do everything so far. I need to edit a scanned document and this is more challenging any help would be appreciated.

I am very grateful for this software that came into my life just as I needed it. It is easy to use and I love how it saves my work automatically so I do not LOSE it. Some many times with website document editors online, I have been been disappointed after working for hours on a form, to have it just disappear. NOT HERE. Every single time the system has gotten disconnected due to WIFI issues at my home or because the PDF filler webpage needed to refresh, ALL MY WORK was SAVED. Love it.

Honestly, I used this service for one day. I did the whole hoopla, signing up for the service, getting my PDF's and documents taken care of, then went in to cancel my free trial. Well, something went wrong, and I was charged for a full year that I didn't want. But the reason they get 5 stars instead of zero-- they voided the charge same day that I emailed them. They weren't worried about pinching pennies, they were worried about being a good business and doing the right thing. That's a 10/10 in my book. Honestly, I have them bookmarked on my webpage so that if/when I need their services again, I'll definitely be going back!

There are a lot of well-meaning people on this forum, but one thing that everyone has to remember is that when it comes to licensing it is always best to check directly with the source.
How long is a NYS security guard license good for?
A New York state security guard license is valid for two years after it was issued. To maintain your license, you'll need to complete annual training requirements, submit your renewal application and pay the required fee.
How long does it take to get security license in NY?
It takes approximately 21 days from the time you send in your application to the time you receive your actual license in the mail. To check to see if your license has been processed, visit the Licensing Status page of the NY State Division of Licensing Services.
How do I renew my NYS security guard license?
Security license renewal requires submitting the renewal form, the biennial renewal fee of $25 and certification of completion for two annual in-service training courses. Can I renew my security license after it expires NYC?
The NYS security license expires every two years. The DOS-1246 Security Guard Renewal application is not available online, so if a security guard does not receive a renewal notice, they should contact the Department of State Division of Licensing Services to obtain a renewal notice.
What happens if my guard card expires?
You can still renew your guard card up to 60 days after the expiration date, but the fee increases to $65. If you don't include the applicable delinquency fee with your application, your renewal will be delayed.
