I complete 1099Misc for my office annually. I just discovered your site which is handy as far as anticipated amending and last minute entries. I am having trouble with the How To's of IRS submitting and multiple entries.

How do you fix a separated tire?
Incorrect Flat Repair — The most reliable and effective method of repairing tire punctures is by using a combination of radial patch and plug. If the puncture is not properly prepared prior to plug/patch placement, the tip of the plug portion can cause a tread separation to begin.
Is a separated tire dangerous?
Tire tread separation is a potentially dangerous even in which the tread of a tire separates from the casing or the body of a tire. When traveling at highway speeds, tire separation can lead to loss of vehicle control, rollovers, accidents and death.
How long can you drive on a separated tire?
If you drive a typical number of miles, somewhere around 12,000-15,000 miles annually, a tire's tread will wear out in three to four years, long before the rubber compound does. But if you drive much less than that, or have a car that you only drive on weekends, aging tires could be an issue.
How do you tell if you have a separated tire?
A common sign of tire tread separation is that the car will begin shaking at a certain speed (most often between 10 mph to 40 mph). This may begin as a small vibration, but as the problem worsens, it may feel as though the whole wheel is shaking side-to-side as though the wheel is not tightly fastened.
What causes a separated tire?
A manufacturing defect is often what causes tire tread separation issues. Tread separation occurs when the belts underneath a tire's tread come apart. When this happens, the tread itself begins to come off the rest of the tire. Most of the tires on the road today are steel-belted radials.
Can you drive on a split tire?
Unless a tire shop is less than 10 feet away, don't risk driving on a flat tire. These are low-performance tires that are designed to run for a limited distance after they've been punctured. Not only do the run flats under perform, but they are also very expensive.
What causes tire tread to separate?
A manufacturing defect is often what causes tire tread separation issues. Tread separation occurs when the belts underneath a tire's tread come apart. When this happens, the tread itself begins to come off the rest of the tire. This can be especially dangerous at highway speeds.
Can you drive on a separated tire?
The most common defect in steel belted radial tires is tire tread separation. Tire tread separation, which causes the tires to blow out, can drive a car completely out of control. This effect is even worse when the car is traveling at highway speeds, adding a new element of danger.
