After some heartbreak at having lost the doc I was working on, the team at pdffiller managed to retrieve it for me. All those tears later, I am ecstatic to have my hard work not be for nothing!

Select the worksheet that you want to modify. On the View tab, in the Workbook Views group, click Page Break Preview. You can also click Page Break Preview on the status bar. Do one of the following: On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Breaks. Click Remove Page Breaks.
Place the cursor where you want to start a new page. Go to Insert > Pages > Page Break. Click on the Show/Hide symbol, which appears as a paragraph mark (¶) on the Home tab. Double-click the break you want to remove. Hit Delete.
From the File menu, choose Page Setup and click the Page tab. In Excel 2007, click the Page Layout tab and open the Scale To Fit group. In the Scaling section, click the Fit To option. In the Tall control (the second control), enter the number of printed pages that you want. In this case, that's 4. Now click OK.
Click Insert Page Break. Excel displays a solid line (manual page break) to show you where the new page begins. Dashed lines are page breaks inserted automatically by Excel. Note: in a similar way, you can select a column to insert a vertical page break.
Move the cell pointer to the first row beneath (or the first column to the right) of the manual page break. On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, choose Breaks. In the Breaks list choose Remove Page Break.
Click File (or Office Button) > Options. In the opening Excel Options dialog box, please click the Advanced category at left side, and then uncheck the Show page breaks option in the Display options for this worksheet section. See screenshot: Click the OK button.
