Experience was OK. Site is not clear on how to change type size and document size when filling in form. Also don't appreciate having to use PDFfiler and pay for a subscription just to save my document and print a copy. It contradicts your advertising for a Free service.

file your taxes together and your finances are integrated (joined) sleep in the same bed. Have sex. Take vacations together. Attend social events together. Visit each other's family. Celebrate special occasions together. Prepare and eat meals together.
There are five facts in total you can rely on to prove your marriage has broken down irretrievably. Two years separation with consent (meaning you both agree to divorce) Five years separation (you don't need your partner's consent) Adultery.
Two years separation with consent (meaning you both agree to divorce) Five years separation (you don't need your partner's consent) Adultery. Unreasonable Behavior. Desertion.
You do not have to wait two years to divorce if you can show the Court that your marriage has irretrievably broken down due to adultery or unreasonable behavior, in which case you can divorce after one year.
There is no law that specifically states that you may not date another person while you are separated. However, if you date before you are divorced, then you run the risk of being accused of adultery (having sex with someone other than your spouse) even if you aren't sleeping with anyone.
Wait until your divorce or separation is final before you start dating. Even if you know your marriage is really, truly over, you still need to give yourself some time and space. “Although there's no 'magic' time frame by which one is ready to date, I typically recommend that one wait about a year,” Jones says.
Nothing. That's right, the Bible has zilch to say about dating during separation. The closest Scripture we can find that's even remotely related to dating while separated occurs in 1 Corinthians 7:10-19: A wife must not leave her husband. But if she does leave him, let her remain single or else go back to him.
Dating during a marital separation may or may not classify as cheating, depending on the promises made and expectations held by both spouses. In either case, however, dating while technically married can have detrimental legal effects in some states.
