I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. Great product at a great price w awesome customer support

Pros: +Has a send to sign feature +Allows editing of PDF text +Add/Remove/Edit Fillable fields +Save forms as templates +Up to 5 users with the largest subscription Cons: -Layout is not intuitive and hard to learn, even for the computer literate -Limits merging to 5 PDFs -Limits on file size (you can't work on large PDFs) -Other minor inconveniences that slow workflow I chose PDFfiller for my small company because for the same price as one user for Adobe's similar product, I can have 5 users for PDFfiller. It definitely has some limiting factors and can be frustrating but it's the best you can get for the price. Definitely worth the time to take the free trial and see how you like it.

PDFfiller for Real Estate Overall this software has made is easier to get paperwork to my clients and have the fill in and sign online. This software is great for my business. I can easily send over pdf files and they can fill them our and sign all online. It is convenient and easy to use. This software performs well and there is nothing negative to report. It is a great way for clients to file out paperwork and sent back to me when they are finished.

Pay cuts are legal as long as they are not done discriminatory (i.e., based on the employee's race, gender, religion, and/or age). To be legal, a person's earnings after the pay cut must also be at least minimum wage. In those situations, an employer cannot arbitrarily cut your pay or change your hours.
General Rules. A company can legally change an employee's compensation at any time if it doesn't do so for discriminatory reasons, according to Business Management Daily. For example, a business can't change an employee's compensation because he develops an ailment and the company expects his productivity to drop.
Under the new system there is a probability that for few employees the basic salary may decrease from their present basic salary., though their gross will either not change or may increase. The employees so affected are also okay with the change.
At some stage your employer, or you might want to change your contract of employment. However, neither you nor your employer can change your employment contract without each other's agreement. Changes should normally be made after negotiation and agreement.
In most circumstances, you can't reduce an employee's pay unless the employee genuinely agrees. If you reduce an employee's remuneration without their agreement, this may result in a breach of contract.
No, your boss can't FORCE you to change positions or duties. However, absent unusual circumstances, such as a contract, your boss can terminate your employment. The employer typically dictates work duties, not the employee.
By law, employers cannot unilaterally cut an employee's pay. No one can force you to take a pay cut, so you could reject such an offer even if your fellow workers accept.
If your hours or pay have been cut, you may still be eligible for partial unemployment compensation. However, most of what you earn will be subtracted from your benefit amount. Unemployment benefits are available to employees who are out of work temporarily, through no fault of their own.
