However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? Zip Files - have to open and resave docs needed for uploading to other sources.

Must be familiar with Zip files; Dashboard is super user-friendly; would not recommend for an occasional user - should have consistent need for the various services it provides.

In general, you cannot evict your roommate if you are both on the lease. You are considered co-tenants and have the same rights to live in the unit under that lease. If you are then you'll be held responsible for whatever your landlord manages to evict your co-tenant for.
If your landlord-roommate doesn't take a shine to your cooking smells or finds your significant other a little odd, you can be kicked to the curb by a police officer at a moment's notice. Note that in extreme circumstances, the landlord can apply to the Landlord and Tenant Board to evict you without notice.
