They have great customer service I was refunded when I didn’t realize i paid for a years subscription upfront and I only had to pay the first month. Very happy companies like this still exist. The file editing is easy and can be done from iPhone.

Takes a lot of the manual work out of form filling and PDF generation.
User manual could use a bit more work - some features were not obvious as a first time user.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. so far i like it and that is 15 min into a 30 day trial, I reallyy needed to get some things notarized as well i cant believe that is a possibility or should i say a feature on pdffiller. Thank You, im glad i stumbled upod this app/program!!!

Pdf filler is a company with a ton of integrity and cares about its clients
Pdf filler is a really great company that has great morals. I signed up for the free trial and forgot to cancel before it auto renewed for 1 year. With Covid impacting my commission based business, spending 120 dollars for pdf software is not something I can afford at this time. The customer service rep Rachel not only refunded my purchase, but did it very quickly and professionally. Obviously I forgot to cancel and this company could of held my feet to the fire as it was my fault that I did not cancel the auto renewal that I agreed to and left my Google pay account for. However they did not do that. I will absolutely 💯 use pdf filler again in the future if the need should arise and would recommend it to anyone that needs to edit a pdf file in the future!

really great program
this was a very user friendly interface, no guessing what different tools do or where anything is located everything is organized and very simple but at the same im there is a lot of useful and needed options for editing the pdf, even a way to convert to other document styles and save...can share or and docs as attachment to contacts that you choose, and h\they have the option to edit and add to the doc as well. im also getting a totally free no gimmicks snags or hidden charges or fees and i mean legit its really free for real! highly recommend!!!
