How do I Certify a PDF in Blue beam?
Go to Document > Signatures > Certify Document.
Choose a Digital ID.
For PCs #12 IDs, enter the Password and click Log in.
Select Document Certification and choose one of the Permitted changes after certifying options:
Complete any of the desired Options fields.
Click OK.
How do I add and remove pages from a PDF?
Click “File→Open” to add your large PDF document, the pages will be listed as thumbnails below;
Find the position you want to insert pages:
Find the page you want to delete, then right click “Delete”, then the page will be deleted ASAP, you can also delete many pages at the same time;
Why can't I delete pages from PDF?
Go to Edit-Preferences and in the Documents section see if PDF/A View Mode is set to Always. Change it to Never, then try to delete pages. I remember reading in other threads that if you close the PDF then reopen it, you may then be able to delete the pages.
