Naming of documents is not useful when trying to locate them at a later time. I have numerous Acord 25 forms for different entities and have to open each one to find the one I need.

What do you like best?
Allows unlimited potential to edit virtually any document and send it electronically or conventionally. This software is a time saver/life saver.
What do you dislike?
The drawback. The Eraser tool. This tool could use some work as far as the shape of the tool. The option to be circular as well as the normal shape would be of great assistance when editing. A competitor of yours, sorry to mention uses an eraser too that is amazing and I have thought of switching simply for access to the editing qualities of that software. It allows for the one time purchase of their software and I would not pay monthly fees to maintain it either.

The editor allows our office to clean up and mark up documents received in our office such as lease agreements or forms attached to a policy which either enhance or negatively impact the clients coverage from year to year. Pdffiller has been not only a life saver but a time and money saver too. It is great for people who may not have to sign alot of documents or have to especially with the trial thats offered. I would highly recommend trying the program out. I love the fact that PdfFiller is easy to navigate and it helps maintain formatting which is very important to the way people retain information and it keeps it just as it should be. PDf also allows you to implement watermarks and digital signatures which are very viable in the business industry. I also love the fact that software allows you a free trial so if your not satsfied your not obligated to stick to the program. I cant really think of any cons about Pdffiller its very easy to use and worth the price.

What do you like best? The templates are really helpful. It can automatically be saved with new information. What do you dislike? The signateure date and initialling has to clicked for each time. Would like to be able to just click the option and repeat that option several times without selecting it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Can send out contracts and paperwork. Re-formatted the paperwork to be filled out electronically and it's much clearer.
