I worked fine except when I tried to print from you size and then it would not print full size. I had to download it to get it to print the correct size.

Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. Highly will recommend to others. Easy to use, and I just enjoy the fact that I can edit the text box to where I want to put it and being able to change the size of the box. There are ,of course, more features, but this is feature by far has been the one I been using the most.

The recent changes to the interface. I'm struggling to find the buttons I always used.

I really appreciate being able to search easily for the documents
I really appreciate being able to search for and work with the documents you have on the database. Being able to work In Pro Per with these documents really allows me to file legal documents with ease.

It's user friendly and I'm figuring it out as I go... just a bit of support with downloading to my google drive and figuring out why/when to use the link would be great.

Filling out a Federal claim form, but people were sending me versions (Word, PDF, etc.) and they were all junk...not very professional looking. Lots of problems with layout, font size. Found this pdfFiller and I completed the form in a matter of minutes (struggled for hours with the others).

Great Tool & Responsive Customer Support
I've been using pdfFiller for several years now, and find it easy to use to make quick changes to documents. It has improved over the time i've used it, as originally the font didn't always match and some sections couldn't be moved or deleted, but it now seems to have these features.
On a couple of occasions I've needed to raise a support ticket, and the team are very responsive, helpful and provide a resolution quickly.
The reason i've not given it 5 stars is because last year i had to edit a 60+ page instruction manual, and spent many hours over a couple of weeks trying to get it to work, but it kept crashing and not loading all the pages, which was frustrating and wasted a lot of time. In the end i gave up and redesigned the manual using another platform.
Overall, great for simple editing and the basic package is good value for a small business.
