I fill out a lot of forms from different organizations. Found PDF Filler after searching for a federal form. It was the top result and I started using it from there. It is intuitive, easy to use, provides adequate help for new users requiring guidance, and provides flexible outlets for PDF use. On the down side, I do not require a secure connection for my PDF work, and the lag in loading and saving my changes & files is distracting and unpleasant.

I have used a couple of the other apps and I believe that the PDFfiller is the easiest with very self explained instructions. I love the fact that the mobile app is just as user friendly as the app on my computer. Thanks

Great!
I had never made documents interactive before so I had no idea what I was doing. This was so easy to use. I really just needed it for a few documents so there was no reason to keep the subscription. If I needed it though I would not even hesitate to pay for it.

Overall pleased, have a bit to learn for my use which is limited home tasks. I believe that initial access problems are resolved. I am sure that I could more easily accomplish the basic tasks that I have for PDF. Not pressing and I can fumble my way thru it.

I mislead them on my intentions for the service level that I required. Once I brought it to their attention, I answered 3 questions; and the matter was immediately resolved. Outstanding customer service comms. !!!

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.
