you have forms that are not updated. however, for a particular project- i had to recreate forms filed in 2010. you were the ONLY place, company, resource that had these non-updated forms!! yay!!

I love it but have trouble navigating some aspects.The printed version doesn't look as nice as the screen version. I love being able to complete paperwork online, filling it in and getting it sent back.

So far great! Just wish we had more options on auto-page numbering. If your document has a cover or a forward like a book, those are pages you don't want numbers on.

THE BEST support team I have ever had, EVER!!!!!!! Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a ********** and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding.
