Easy to use, but sometimes doesn't show exactly what I need with form being listed under another name or title (e.g. a search for DA 31 gave me the AR 600-1 132 page doc but not the Leave and Pass Form).

I LOVED IT, BUT I REALIZED THAT I THOUGHT THIS WAS SOMETHING I WOULD NEED ALL THE TIME AND IT IS NOT, SO SORRY TO SAY... I WILL BE CANCELING THIS PDF FILLER AT THIS TIME.. some forms are not as well created. would be nice to be able to tab between fields. or when clicking in fields that should all be within the same horizontal line it would be nice if they automatically lined up rather than having to be moved like individual text boxes.

It took a few minutes to learn navigation, but once figured it out all is good. Still many features that i have only scanned thru that really look very helpful.

So far so good. I am researching it for our small psychological services business. Right now parents have to fax or re-scan documents. We are really excited about the possibility of using fillable templates. Concerns: security, number of users, organzing workflow

Auto Renewal Charge
I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge. I contacted customer service via chat and they immediately issued a refund with no questions asked. I received an immediate email confirmation. That is customer service. Thank you pdfFiller.
