extremely convenient and fairly easy to use, but i need to find time to sit down and learn more features other than just filling out forms and signing them. I think the vvalue of a yearly subscription is very good.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Select the Start button, and then select Settings. Go to System > Notifications & actions. Do any of the following: Choose the quick actions you'll see in action center. Turn notifications, banners, and sounds on or off for some or all notification senders. Choose whether to see notifications on the lock screen.
Open the Line2 app on your Android device. Tap on the menu icon (or button, depending on your device) Tap on Settings. Tap on Notifications. From here, you can choose what type of notifications (Messages, Missed calls, Voicemail) you'd like to receive and tap on Ringtone or Message sound to choose a new sound.
Tap the notification category you want to adjust, such as Direct Messages. Tap Show notifications toggle at the top of the menu to completely turn off notifications for this category. Tap Notification style to change your notifications to sound-only, silent, or silent and minimized if desired.
The feature is called Notification Channels, and is one of the highlights of Android's sophisticated notification system. To access an app's notification channels, head to Settings > Apps & notifications > See all X apps. Locate and tap the app whose alerts you'd like to adjust, and select the Notifications field.
To choose which notifications you'd like to treat as priority notifications, head on over to your phone's Settings app, then tap Sound & notification one-stop shop of sorts for all things related to notifications and alert sounds. Next, tap Do not disturb, then tap Priority only allows.
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad. On the Settings screen, tap on Notifications. On the Notifications screen, tap on the app for which you want to remove Red Number or the Notification badge. On the next screen, toggle off the option for Badge App Icon (See image below)

If you're plagued by red dots on other apps, there's an easy fix for that too. Just head back into Settings and open the Notifications menu. Find the app that's annoying you, select it, and toggle Badge App Icon off. You'll still get notifications for the app, but the dots won't fill up your home screen anymore.
