User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

I like that I can quickly sign something without printing and scanning signing and scanning again. I can send this out right from here via my email, haven't checked Gmail records yet, but if they've been recorded there, I think I will use this app for years to come.

It is easy to use - quick to navigate, simple to amend pdf documents
What do you dislike?
Sometimes not compatible with the pdf you upload, so when saved it hasn't accurately filled in the right boxes

The ability to quickly amend and update documents that clients sends in a pdf format, and also to change into other formats such as word.

I would like more New York templates available in the non-upgraded version. I would also appreciate different pricing options, I am disabled on a fixed income. Other than these two issues, I find pdfFiller useful.

I used PDFfiller to sign severance paperwork. I took the free trial and then THOUGHT I canceled it right away. When the charge came through, I was ready for a fight...but that didn't happen. Kirsten at PDFfiller's live chat was lovely and helpful. She even apologized for the mistake I most likely made. Then she asked if I was sure I wanted to cancel (a trained question). When I said that I didn't need the service, she didn't push and she processed the cancellation and refund right away. If/when I DO need a pdf filling service again, I will use them!
