I love the site, I don't like all of the pop ups though! I constantly have to click out of the pop ups when opening a new form. That is my only complaint! But, all in all, I love this site and it helps me be more efficient.

Price point too high for how infrequent I would use this program but I did like its versatile options and over all user friendly templates, just had too play around a little bit to get it figured out!

So Easy to Use Anybody Could Do It
I have had a great experience with this program so far it has eliminated my need for some of the other programs I have tried which ultimately has saved a lot of money while also making my job a little easier.
PDFiller is so easy to use that you anybody can do it. It walks you through everything but you may not even need to do that its very clear and easy to navigate. This program also has saved me so much time and money on other options in which you would have to get more than one program to accomplish what just this one program does.
Once in a while I have to exit out of it because it freezes up, but I'm always able to go right back into it without having to wait.

I used this for a work purpose. It made my task a lot easier. Only needed it as a one off, so cancelled my subscription by contacting them. Fast, efficient customer support.

What do you like best?
PdfFiller is a user-friendly application that I often use in the classroom. It has worked well for parent forms and even creating worksheets. Documents are easy to upload and edit with no data or formatting loss.
What do you dislike?
I haven't yet found any CONs for this product and will continue to use and recommend it to others.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend giving pdfFiller a try. It doesn't have a steep learning curve, so is useable right away.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Sending out paper forms wasn't an option this year, so it is easy to create forms that can be sent out and returned electronically. A huge plus is being able to get electronic signatures.

How is straight line lease calculated?
To calculate a straight-line rent, accountants total all expenses and subtract all discounts for the life of the lease, then divide that figure by the total number of payment terms in the lease. This average figure is known as straight-line rent.

Straight-line accounting for rent expenses distributes the expense of your rental agreement evenly across the entire life of the lease. If you pay a deposit, that amount is included in your total lease expense to be distributed across the lease period.
