The fill in is with text boxes like in word. That works well.
It worked well. Not as good as a PDF document that already has input fields but much better than printing the PDF document and filling it in by hand,

I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. Great for filling out a pdf loan application that came to me as a pdf of a photocopy of a document that was appreciably rotated and distorted. Highly recommended.

The program has completely upped my game from writing business letters, filling out pdfs, faxing important documents - there is no limit to what you can do with a program like PDFFiller. But, what really pulled me in, other than the superb professional look and quality that PDFFiller gives my correspondence, was the help I received when I needed it. For example, I needed help with merging two documents that I needed to fax. I received help via the Chat Box within seconds of asking for assistance. It's like having your own IT team 24 hours a day! I also just found out that outbound faxes are included in the price and, if you want your own inbound fax number, $20.00 a month gets you your own fax number! The list goes on and on. Allows you to create pdfs that with blanks in order to easily fill out.
There are no free versions, so you pretty much just hope that a business has taken the proper steps to acquire this and utilize it.
