A very good and friendly in navigating the fields. Need improvement especially in the telephone number field and user address died of CMS 1500 of 2012 and UB04. Unable to include the three digits telephone area code. Address field too small to contain full address including zip codes

I love the ease of completing the forms. I have completed over 30 documents and each one was easy to find in the library once I put the document number in. I think it is great but I decided I didn’t need it and wanted to cancel my free trial so I contacted the company and Ma was the representative who helped me. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful and my request was granted speedily. The customer support is absolutely wonderful.
