Very simple to use and create your own invoice for your company and you can e-mail to your client from the same site that also provides a security code for the receiver to access your invoice and you receive a notice when they do.

It can be great, but it's a little buggy at times. The signature feature often crashes the signer's device, whether mobile or desktop, and the API integration with Zapier is very finicky as well.

What do you like best?
Very easy to use. Not complicated at all. Compatible with every file I needed so far. I don't know how we got by before this program. I haven't come across anything I haven't liked yet. A great value for the price.

We are able to send files in real time as simply as sending an Email. You can have each person input their own data as well as sign documents all without having to print anything out. Of course that is huge in helping the environment.

PDF Filler Saver and Protector Great! Awesome software/product that is very helpful in the business environment. What I like most with the PDF filler is the ability to secure and password protect a very important document. I like sending documents or exchange with staff for faster and easier collaboration and this software helps us do that while making sure the personal information are protected. Nothing much as it serves the purpose that I am really looking for. I cannot think of anything that I don't like. I am satisfied.

The 7 essential elements of a contract are the offer, acceptance, meeting of the minds, consideration, capacity, legality, and sometimes a written document.
The requisite elements that must be established to demonstrate the formation of a legally binding contract are (1) offer. (2) acceptance. (3) consideration. (4) mutuality of obligation. (5) competency and capacity. And, in certain circumstances, (6) a written instrument.
The four basic elements necessary for formation of a valid contract are capacity, offer and acceptance, consideration and compliance with law and public policy.
Four elements of a valid contract are: Legal requirements of formation of a contract are: 1) Offer, 2) Acceptance, 3) Agreement, and 4) Consideration. To be enforceable in the court of law the following also must be present in a valid contract: 1. Proposal and acceptance 2.
The agreement must be real and not be based on one party's deceiving another, on an important mistake, or on the use of unfair pressure exerted to obtain the offer or acceptance. What the parties agree to must be legal. An agreement to commit a crime or tort cannot be a legally enforceable contract.
A contract whose purpose is to get the party to it to break another legally binding contract that the party has made already is also illegal. Courts will not enforce an illegal contract. Money paid or property transferred under an illegal contract cannot normally be recovered.
For a contract to be valid, it must have four key elements: agreement, capacity, consideration, and intention.
