Experience was OK. Site is not clear on how to change type size and document size when filling in form. Also don't appreciate having to use PDFfiler and pay for a subscription just to save my document and print a copy. It contradicts your advertising for a Free service.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Aaron's isn't going to call the police on you or enter your house. But after calling you and your references, if Aaron's is unable to get in touch with you, and it's clear that you're making no effort to get in touch with them or to make payments, they'll sell your debt to a debt collection agency.
Sure they can call the police on you, but as others have already stated, in most states it's a civil matter. That means the police won't get involved. Keep in mind, Rent-A-Center isn't new to the rent to own game. They know the laws in the states where they have locations.
This is illegal, and Rent-A-Center can and will take these people to court for it, and the court may charge these people with theft. As long as you communicate with your Rent-A-Center and don't do anything illegal, you don't need to worry about going to court or jail.
What happens if I don't pay Rent a Center? They'll start calling you for the payment. Failing that, they start calling your references to get you to make your payment. ... If you can't pay immediately the judge may order your employer to garnish your wages until it's paid off.
Rent a center employees will not break into an unoccupied house to recover furniture. ... Your options are either to pay for the furniture in full, bring the account current and continue to rent, or give back the furniture.
Once you miss a scheduled payment, Aaron's will immediately begin the repo process. However, it may take up to two weeks for the repossessed item to be picked up. If you're struggling to make payments, Aaron's will work with you, but you'll need to call the store before missing a payment.
Jay Bodkin. No one can be jailed just for owing a debt, or failing to make payments on a contract. You can, however, be criminally charged and, if convicted, jailed, if you act to deprive an owner of their lawful property. ... The point is, you have to return these items, or criminal charges may follow.
If you fail to show up or don't make the payment, they can issue a warrant for your arrest, and you'll be taken to jail. A bond will be posted for the amount the court had ordered you to pay. Thus, the debt collector gets his way: either you pay or you go to jail and then pay to get out.
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
To start repairing your credit, you're better off getting a secured credit card and paying it off in full every month. No, Aaron's does not report normal use to the credit bureaus, and it won't make a difference for your credit score until it is fully paid.
