I lost you.... I found you then I tried to get a refund unable to figure out your site.... I tried for months you can see it was never used, CHASE tried to reach you...long story you had popped up I never noticed the name of this when I crashed that was it... I have all of the old emails off a hard drive on a back up device... initially the software did not allow me to transform document to pdf. contact customer support and eventually the software work as instructed. last the pdf filler content page will not allow the user to rotate the document to the correct form. the document had to be rescan to the proper orientation prior to changing out the format.

I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? I will be happy to do a survey in a month or two.

i thought it was a free program but I needed to pay for it when I tried to print the document, it required payment. I did so, but then complained to the company and they fully refunded my money

Sometimes its a little difficult to navigate around especially for making an application, but once its set it up it works well. Ive noticed 2nd pages are difficult for customers to see and fill out. Wish there was something that would prompt them to go to it.
