Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. It's been very good working with PDF Filler. Makes saving forms so much easier. I only have one complaint. When it comes to dates, I usually need to write it as year-month-day; but PDF Filler is already programmed as day-month-year so I have to keep on erasing dates and fill it out by hand, which is annoying.

So far, it has provided me easy to create forms from preexisting medical history / investigational files. No longer need to crack your head redoing new form from the original pdf. And patients seem to love getting involved in the whole procedure. Managed to save tonnes of A4 pape

What do you like best?
I can sign paperwork, make changes and do it all without a printer wherever I am in the world.
What do you dislike?
There are some some glitches with the program.. for example to save a document you first have to make a duplicate of it. Also, I thought there was a way to re-number pages but that feature seems to be gone?

Its a great program overall and affordable. I would definitely recommend it.

I love being able to make changes to offer sign backs without a printer. Even if I'm in my office I still use it to keep the document clean and easy to read.

Got done what I needed although the interface was less intuitive than I hoped and instructions via hlp boxes wasnt there.

I had to start over, from hitting the wrong "back up", but have it okay now. I don't expect to need it again, but this software made it much easier. Thank you!

How many custom fields can be created on an object?
In Unlimited edition we can create up to 500 fields per object. In professional edition we can create up to 100 custom fields per object.
What can be modified on standard object fields?
Out of all the choices that are available, there are some options that can be considered that can be defined and modified on standard object fields. The first is label. The second is help text. The last item that can be modified on standard object fields is pick list value.
