After a slow start and feeling misled by the "fill in your form for free" and then having to pay, I did get a full refund. The tech support was excellent - they were the only ones, that I could find, that could get me the rather complex fill in form from NY State Tax authorities (RP-5217). I still feel I should not have to pay a third party to file a required tax form - but that is an issue I'll have to take up with NYS, wish me good luck with that one.

There was a bit of a learning curve to getting the software's capabilities down, but once I understood how to use the forms feature and whatnot, I find I really enjoy using your software more than I even like Adobe. I think your program has better templates and features than the others I have tried. Bonus points for being lower priced than Adobe while you're at it.

I had a misunderstanding with PDFfiller . . . thought that I had cancelled my subscription immediately after discovering that it didn’t fit my needs, but something went wrong, & I was charged for a one year subscription at the end of a 30 day trial period (didn’t realize that I was in it). When I went to the Customer Assistance website & explained the problem, PDFfiller immediately refunded the amount charged. Honorable people!

What is the limit for IRS payment plan?
If you are an individual, you may qualify to apply online if: Long-term payment plan (installment agreement): You owe $50,000 or less in combined tax, penalties and interest, and filed all required returns. Short-term payment plan: You owe less than $100,000 in combined tax, penalties and interest.
Can you get a payment plan from the IRS if you owe more than 50000?
If you owe more than $50,000, you may still qualify for an installment agreement, but you will need to complete a Collection Information Statement, Form 433-A. The IRS offers various electronic payment options to make a full or partial payment with your tax return.
Can you set up a payment plan with the IRS?
A payment plan is an agreement with the IRS to pay the taxes you owe within an extended timeframe. You should request a payment plan if you believe you will be able to pay your taxes in full within the extended time frame. If you qualify for a short-term payment plan you will not be liable for a user fee.
Does the IRS ever deny payment plans?
The IRS does reject requests for payment plans sometimes – if this happens to you, you have the right to appeal. You must request an appeal within 30 days of the rejection by submitting Form 9423, Collection Appeals Request.
