I love being able to fill out forms that I wouldn't be able to normally. My handwriting can be hard to read and this makes it clean and clear. The others parties like it too! :)

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
With your family, as with your friends, using lots of emojis (more on that in a second) is totally fine. And using fewer punctuation marks is generally acceptable. Here's a quick rule: when texting with your family, you should use exclamation points and question marks, but periods are optional.
Technically it's not proper English, but most people do know the meaning of most acronyms. When you're sending a simple message, perhaps of just an acronym, then punctuation doesn't really matter. Punctuation is a big deal when it comes to trying to get word out to another person.
When you're texting with friends, punctuation isn't strictly necessary. You can leave off question marks, periods, and apostrophes willy-nilly. However, you will likely want to include the punctuation when clarity is absolutely necessary.
Meaning: You don't want to keep going back and forth all night. In texting, you don't have to end a sentence with any punctuation. In the first one, the meaning is clear: we've had our back-and-forth over text, but I have plans, and they do not include continuing this conversation period.
Period = period (.) Comma = comma (, ) Question mark = question mark (?) Exclamation or exclamation point = exclamation point (!) Apostrophe = apostrophe (') Enter or new line = moves to a new line. New paragraph = new paragraph. Tab key = tab.
Meaning: You don't want to keep going back and forth all night. In texting, you don't have to end a sentence with any punctuation. It's totally acceptable to just let it dangle. So using a period gives a certain air of finality to a statement. Periods end things.
And using fewer punctuation marks is generally acceptable. Here's a quick rule: when texting with your family, you should use exclamation points and question marks, but periods are optional. Why do we recommend still using question marks and exclamation points when texting your family?
The ellipsis, a row of three dots, stands for an omitted section of text. But much can be conveyed by omission. It asks the receiver of the message to fill in the text, and in that way is very coy and potentially flirty.
