So far it is good. I use it for work schedules. Im very busy so havent had a lot of time to explore all the features. When i send my work from home to the work place; i find the security code a little annoying. Also when i purchased it i didnt receive a lower price as lead to believe. I've just started the trial service but so far I'm finding the software very user friendly. I've uploaded an application used by our non-profit and marked all the fields needing completion. It was very easy to do. Testing has gone well. Looking forward to using this for our membership drive.

I appreciate the integrity of this company. In the middle of a crisis, I signed up for this product, which I ultimately did not need, but apparently failed to cancel. They immediately refunded the annual fee without a hassle when I requested it. I so appreciate it.

I like that I can create a fillable PDF and merge documents together. This program has a lot of good features that other companies don't offer.

I am also new to my position; therefore, it will take time, before I know of the various ways that I could utilize this software.
