I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

But the important thing is they indicate that it is free to use online, but they demand that we subscribe to make a charge, then we do not have the link to cancel

CHOOSE A TOPIC. Choose a topic which interests and challenges you. FIND INFORMATION. Surf the Web. STATE YOUR THESIS. Do some critical thinking and write your thesis statement down in one sentence. MAKE A TENTATIVE OUTLINE. ORGANIZE YOUR NOTES. WRITE YOUR FIRST DRAFT. REVISE YOUR OUTLINE AND DRAFT. TYPE FINAL PAPER.
While you are researching a topic, you can make a tentative outlined plan for your paper based on what you are learning from your research. This kind of outline helps you answer two questions: What do I already know?
A tentative outline, is another way of saying a “rough outline.” It gives the teacher an idea what your paper will be about, but it is not your permanent outline that you will turn in. A tentative outline may use Roman numerals for each main topic of research and then use capital letters for subtopics.
Place your thesis statement at the beginning. List the major points that support your thesis. Label them in Roman numerals (I, II, III, etc.). List supporting ideas or arguments for each major point. If applicable, continue to sub-divide each supporting idea until your outline is fully developed.
An outline is a tool used to organize written ideas about a topic or thesis into a logical order. Outlines arrange major topics, subtopics, and supporting details. Outlines for papers can be very general or very detailed.

Answer. An outline is a tool used to organize written ideas about a topic or thesis into a logical order. Outlines arrange major topics, subtopics, and supporting details. Writers use outlines when writing their papers in order to know which topic to cover in what order.
An outline allows a writer to categorize the main points, to organize the paragraphs into an order that makes sense, and to make sure that each paragraph/idea can be fully developed. Essentially, an outline helps prevent a writer from getting stuck when performing the actual writing of the essay.
