How is sit and reach being performed?
Sit with your feet in a V shape touching the tape, feet about a foot apart, with the measuring tape between your legs, the 0 end starting where your legs part. Overlap your hands with arms outstretched in front of you. Practice three times, leaning forward and reaching your hands out.
How do you calculate sit and reach score?
Place the ruler on the ground between your legs or on the top of the step. Place one hand on top of the other, then reach slowly forward. At the point of your greatest reach, hold for a couple of seconds, and measure how far you have reached.
How long are boy scout physicals good for?
It is valid for only one year, and requires an annual physical exam. It requires a parent's signature for all those under the age of 18. It includes the personal standing orders for medication use at camp. It includes a hold harmless agreement and talent release form that must be reviewed by the parent.
