The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it does not have an option to undo things if you make an error. If you make an error you have to restart the whole thing. Otherwise, its a great program to have!!!

At first I did have problems figuring out how to use it. I don't see a "copy/paste" button and wish there was one. Overall, as I start to use it more and more I am liking it.

Nice service, but entering in text into some of the fields can result in wonky formatting if more text than can be displayed is entered. And it's not easy to re-visit the fields and edit/shorten the text.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Used this as a one off and forgot to unsubscribe and when i was charged i asked for a refund and the customer service team were very understanding and kind to refund me. Bruce in particular was quick and helpful!

easy to use and there are a lot of options to have things mailed, emailed, faxed, etc right with a click of a button and entering information. It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.
