I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. I feel this is just what I've been looking for and it's not to complicated like some of the other sites and you still don't get what your looking for . I didn't get get what I wanted on other sites. That's why I purchased for a year because this works good with my busness.

It has been great. It was a little difficult figuring out how to make it work. Having a delete button for the symbols and a spellcheck would be nice. I'm not complaining though. Being able to edit pdfs is EXTREMELY helpful!

As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. I love that I can make any document filler-friendly. My handwriting is atrocious. I've completed applications, tax forms, and more. I love that I can move my text around. Love that I can easily insert check marks.

Sometimes I struggle a bit with saving my documents. I sometimes want to save one as a blank and one as a completely filled form.

It's so easy to change a document I might have goofed up! I can make the change and reprint. Done. It's been a huge timesaver for me. I can prefill certain parts of a form I have to use over and over which saves time.

I went into your chat hoping to get…
I went into your chat hoping to get answers to my inquiries regarding my account and why I couldn't locate what it kept telling me that I should be seeing. Kara was the second chat agent I messaged in this desire to find out what I was doing wrong... which is fine. The first agent was like an operator I assume... finding out what I needed exactly and then transferring me to the right team. Which happened really QUICKLY!! I am NOT used to any online chats actually being able to do anything as fast as this happened today! Much less get an agent that could actually help me... TODAY was the first in a very LOOOONG time! Kara was GREAT!!! She needs a raise and maybe a promotion. Thanks again, Kara!!! KUDOS to Kara!!!
The one entity that I HAD dedicated my loyalty to (Best Buy) for over a decade... is now in my rearview mirror!!!! They are atrocious at helping anyone with anything online!!! The store employees have to go through the same phone number we do, so they're worthless! And corporate Best Buy... smh... I won't get ugly here, but just state that they were the final straw that broke the camel's back!! I will NEVER give them any more of my time or money!!!
