this great! I mean it. So many unuseable, scam pdf form sites ... I just completed a form that failed at other sites including government sites thanks!

Graphic arrows in the pdf are represented by the letter U. Can't move inserted text to new location. Circle is useless, odd shape, can't resize without border getting too thick and covering item to circle.

An easy method of filling out and sending documents. Problem with sending document due to 'Bugs' in the system It took three tries to send off a document and I still do not have a confirmation that it was send nor d I have a date in which the document would be received. The concept is good as I can go to the website and complete a document and send it off. Still some bugs

No way to easily add additional pages in a template I used. Had to keep erasing everything to start new page. “Next” button skips all over the page, so this isn’t tablet-friendly. Waste of my annual subscription fee.

very easy to use It is very easy to use, very self explanatory. If you could include an electronic signature platform or integrate one like with adobe sign or some other document signature software would be great.

It was actually nice, easy and convenient to use. It is just that I find it expensive so I revert back to my old ways means manually filing or writing in forms. :)

I only just started using it I only just started using it, so only 4 stars, but I don't see any issues other than the lack of fonts in the signature section. Seems to be a solid app.

I love the product I love the product, however the one improvement I would like to see is the ability to combine documents into one or insert pages from a different document.

If your name is on the deed but not on the mortgage, your position is actually advantageous. The names on the deed of a house, not the mortgage, indicate ownership. It's the deed that passes real estate ownership from one entity to another.
Both owners of the home, typically being spouses listed on the deed, do not have to both be listed on the mortgage. Remember that the mortgage does not indicate who the owner of the home is, so not being listed on the mortgage will have no effect on your ownership of the home.
If your surviving spouse isn't on the mortgage, federal law provides protections allowing them to assume the mortgage and keep the home. This is assuming they (and not someone else) inherit the property. The surviving spouse must also be able to afford the mortgage payments to assume the mortgage.
Yes, having both your names on the house title won't affect your mortgage or who's responsible for paying it. The person with their name on the mortgage is solely responsible for the loan. However, in a common-law state, when one partner dies, their spouse may become legally responsible for all their debt.
If your name is on the deed but not on the mortgage, your position is actually advantageous. The names on the deed of a house, not the mortgage, indicate ownership. It's the deed that passes real estate ownership from one entity to another.
In other words, if your name is on the deed, you are tenants-by-the-entireties, and if one of you dies, the other owns the property entirely. If you are not on the mortgage for whatever reason, you are not liable for paying the mortgage loan. That said, you get your spouse's interest in the property if they die.
Ownership of real estate can get complicated in some scenarios. You might own a property with your name on the deed, but the mortgage—the loan used to buy the house—is in someone else's name. This can happen if you inherited a house, received it as a gift, or shared it from a previous relationship.
No both names do not have to be on the mortgage or the title. Usually even if one spouse is on the mortgage the lender can require that both spouses be on the title unless the other spouse signs and agreement to waive their right to be on the title.
