The learning curve is fairly easy and short. Still learning features as I go. I use the program every two weeks and generate four documents each time. I've been able to look up every document that I have needed and able to open and edit and print. There are occasions that he document will cut off part of the header or will not allign the text correctly. However, that's about 3% (or less) of the time.

An absolute lifesaver for form completion on the fly!
PDFfiller is making it much easier for our staff to complete and customize forms that we use for client requests on a regular basis. Having a cloud/web-based solution for this makes things even more convenient!

I couldn't find what I was looking for on the CRA site and this popped up in my search. I have used it before for Real Estate forms. I didn't know I could use it for CRA forms too.

I LOVE pdfFiller!!!! However it would be better if I could have a shortcut icon on my Desktop... it would make my life soooooo much easier. I need this ability from pdfFiller. I used PDFfiller to sign severance paperwork. I took the free trial and then THOUGHT I canceled it right away. When the charge came through, I was ready for a fight...but that didn't happen. Kirsten at PDFfiller's live chat was lovely and helpful. She even apologized for the mistake I most likely made. Then she asked if I was sure I wanted to cancel (a trained question). When I said that I didn't need the service, she didn't push and she processed the cancellation and refund right away. If/when I DO need a pdf filling service again, I will use them!

Had a fantastic experience with PDFfiller with the refund I requested. I registered for a trial version and canceled the same day but they still charged me a month later. I brought that up to their attention and they promptly processed the refund. I thought they were going to give me the run around like many companies do but I was pleasantly surprised. Keep up the great customer service guys.
