My experience has been wonderful. I paid a lot of money for a divorce site that would allow me to use fillable forms. It was frustrating from the beginning. I started using PDFfiller instead, and requested a full refund from the other service. They refunded my money. I have had great luck finding everything I need for this divorce. Overall easy to use, however, there are instances where the edits on the pdf become warped, other times its difficult to remove words or characters. There should be a save option versus a Save As, as that navigates you to another screen. Or have an auto save option. Overall good program but still has small defects.

What do you like best?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

I would recommend this product ,because it allows my agency to provide the client with the information needed. I really do not have any additional information to supply.

I like the fact that it is easy to use and has all of the forms that I am looking for. I use this product on a monthly basis and find that it is easy to use and that the documents are easy to find.

Very easy to download a document, fill in the required fields and electronically sign. When I had a small issue customer service solved it quickly.

Amazing easy and reliable
Intuitive and logical to use. Makes my life 10x easier when sending documents. As a doctor I am constantly sending documents and anything to make this easier is worth it.
The time for loading and processing. A little cluttered and busy the interface. It would better if it were free.

used a handful of other pdf programs, and while there have been a decent one here or there, most have been quite irresponsible, irresponsive, and irritable! pdfFiller is by far the most user-friendly, quick, and manageable one there is, notes this observer! am definitely glad i went for the platinum membership - has not only calmed my disdain towards pdfs, but i am actually having fun with them now! ^_^
