I like it....I didn't appreciate the automatic payment/sign up. I would have rather been notified that my trial was ending with the OPTION to renew or not renew rather than automatically being signed up.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Roofing Permit Cost If you're planning to re-roof a home or structure, then you can expect to pay between $225 and $500 for a permit. Your initial building permit covers roofing when remodeling a home, so you can save money if you fold other projects into one license.
The permit for roof replacement is the same permit you would need for any major work on your home. If you are doing renovations, building on an addition, or just making structural changes, you will need a building permit. Usually, any work that costs over $10,000 will need a permit.
All reproofs require a permit, and if you ever sell your home, you will need to show that a permit was obtained (or disclose that the reproof was done without a permit or inspections). A typical roofing permit averages around $400 and is included in all Signature Roofing, Inc. estimates.
Also, a lack of required permits may affect your home's insurance coverage. That is, if no permit was pulled on the roofing work, and a claim is at some point filed with the company that wrote the homeowners' insurance policy because for any reason the roof failed, the insurer is perfectly within its rights to deny
How Long Does it Take to Get a Building Permit? After submitting your application, it usually takes two weeks for residential properties to receive a building permit, whereas commercial properties may take up to four weeks for approval.
What Is a Building Permit? Building permits are written authorizations issued by a city or county to construct a project. They are required for most construction or remodeling projects, in order to ensure the safety of the work and its compliance with building, construction, and zoning codes.
1 The Contractor shall obtain and pay for the building permit and other permits and governmental fees, licenses and inspections necessary for proper execution and completion of the Work.
A building permit is required after obtaining the planning permit and gives you the permission necessary to carry out the planned construction. Planning permits typically cost around $30, but are not necessary for additions or changes to existing structures or homes, only new structures on certain areas of land.
