Set Up Dropdown Format: edit PDF documents from anywhere

Using the best PDF editing tool is essential to improve your document management.

If you hadn't used PDF file type for your documents before, you can switch to it anytime — it's simple to convert any file format into PDF. You can also make just one PDF file to replace multiple files of different formats. The Portable Document Format is also the best choice in case you want to control the layout of your content.

Though many online solutions offer PDF editing features, only a few of them allow adding signatures, collaborating with other users etc.

Use pdfFiller to annotate documents, edit and convert them into other file formats; add your digital signature and fill out, or send to other people. All you need is in just one browser tab. You don’t need to download any applications.

To edit PDF form you need to:

01
Drag and drop a document from your device.
02
Upload a document from your cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
03
Browse the Legal library.
04
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the hyperlink to your sample.
05
Find the form you need in the catalog using the search field.

Once you uploaded the document, it’s saved and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use editing tools such as typing text, annotating, blacking out and highlighting. Add and edit visual content. Change a form’s page order. Add fillable fields and send for signing. Collaborate with other people to fill out the document and request an attachment if needed. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud.
