PdfFiller is great! Very easy to use to do any type of form. The only thing that sucks is the price because I don't use it that much to pay $96 for it annually. If it was $40 or less I'd be all in. Great app to get any job done whether it's personal or business. Thank you.

Select the range of cells, the table, or the whole sheet that you want to apply conditional formatting to. On the Home tab, click Conditional Formatting. Point to Highlight Cells Rules, and then click Text that Contains. Type the text that you want to highlight, and then click OK.
In a cell, select the data that you want to display in a different color or format. Double-click the cell, and then drag across the contents of the cell that you want to select. Click the cell, and then drag across the contents of the cell that you want to select in the formula bar.
Select a cell that is formatted with the highlight that you want to use. On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, double-click Format Painter, and then drag the mouse pointer across as many cells or ranges of cells that you want to highlight.
Highlight one or more cells in a column and click Conditional Formatting in the Styles section of the Home tab on the ribbon. Click Highlight Cell Rules to display a menu that contains If-Then rules. These rules include Less Than, Greater Than, Equal To and Text that Contains.
First, select the data from which you want to highlight top values. Go Home Tab → Styles → Conditional Formatting → Top/Bottom Rules → Top 10.
Answer: Yes, you can use conditional formatting to highlight the highest and lowest values in a range of cells. First highlight the range of cells. In this example, we've selected cells A1 through A5. Select the Home tab in the toolbar at the top of the screen.
Click once on the line number, which appears as the first column on the Excel workspace, to highlight. Press and hold down the Ctrl key on the keyboard. Click the second line number. Both rows now appear highlighted, but this will change as soon as you click off them.
