PDFfiller lets me print out a nice looking form for school physical exam. It is harder to use than manually writing on a school physical form. However, there are fewer mistakes on a printed version from a computer than sometimes I found when I had to manually fill out a previous version of a school physical form. Thank you.

Write, for example, [Granter's Name and address], as Granter, conveys to [Grantee's Name and address], as Grantee, the property described below by [list the type of deed]. Describe the land. Fill in your name as granter, the identity of the person or entity you are transferring it to and the real property description. Sign the deed in front of a notary, then give it to the grantee and make sure it gets filed at the appropriate government office for recording deeds.

A quit claim deed transfers the legal ownership of the property from one party to another, and doesn't require attorneys or legal help, unless you choose to consult an attorney.
