We have had a service application on line for several years. People have been printing, handwriting the answers to our application and emailing it back. I will be back! I used PDFfiller to sign severance paperwork. I took the free trial and then THOUGHT I canceled it right away. When the charge came through, I was ready for a fight...but that didn't happen. Kirsten at PDFfiller's live chat was lovely and helpful. She even apologized for the mistake I most likely made. Then she asked if I was sure I wanted to cancel (a trained question). When I said that I didn't need the service, she didn't push and she processed the cancellation and refund right away. If/when I DO need a pdf filling service again, I will use them!

organization I wish the updates had an option to keep the title and not make duplicates. I like to keep "my documents" organized and not all the downloads unless I want to save it as multiple copies. I love that it combines pdfs w other docs. I love the highlight and annotate features.
