Hit Enter/Return after typing in the name, then click on All Contacts, so you can see your list of contacts to the right. Tap the +icon on the bottom right. Tap New Group. Enter the group name. Tap No Contacts — Add Some. Tap any contacts you want to add to the group. Tap Done in the upper left corner to add the selected contacts to your new group. Tap Done to complete the group.
