I think your site is well designed and has substantial potential. But being unfamiliar with all the choices, my initial effort at using your site took a little longer that I had hoped it would. But that is a minor critique. i'll do more exploring at a later date.

The best software for creating fillable forms
Overall using PDF filler has been an awesome experience, It has been really easy to use and it has allowed to reduce the amount of paper in the office.
PDF filler is just great for any office, every day we are going for a much paperless way of working and being able to send fillable pdf forms makes this much easier.
Sometimes when creating the forms I'm having issues when placing boxes, because they sometimes don't line up where I want them to go.

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Kara and some others were so great in helping me learn to do that. They were so patient and courteous! It was a pleasure to work with them as I am not computer savvy! This is one handy app

This is a great platform, very seamless and user friendly. It does cost a bit so it would make sense if you use it quite often. More importantly, amazing support - the online chat response was quick (!!!), customer support staff was so friendly and understanding. Overall, such an amazing experience using this platform. Top quality all round
Only used the free trial for a specific task needed at the time and pdfFiller offered everything I asked for, unlike other services I tried. Very straightforward and accessible.
Fast forward a month and I’ve forgot to unsubscribe. I see an email saying $180 dollars has been paid out. Of course, it was agreed upon, the yearly subscription follows the free trial. But I didn’t want the subscription, I hadn’t used it since the first day. And to be clear it was not for a lack of quality but rather a lack of necessity.
But all I had to do was email the support team and even on a Sunday their responses were immediate, clear and thoughtful. I explained the situation, they saw my predicament and even though I was at fault, they did not hesitate to cancel my subscription and repay me in full. The money was back in my account just hours later.
