When I started searching for a PDF to Word doc. a few days back, I downloaded 4 different trials and hated all of them!! They were not user friendly like this one is!! Liking it so far. But when I'm using the eraser, line, or other tool, it automatically changes back to text add mode after saving the change I've made rather than staying with the eraser, line drawer, etc. If you did it this way b/c more users keep erasing, adding lines, highlights, etc when they intend to make only one change and start typing then nevermind. I would rather it stay with the eraser, highlighter, etc. and I'll switch back to adding text when I'm ready to do so. Hope that helps.

It is very practical and resourcefule. I had no issues what so ever and I didn't have to do a tutorial to learn how to navigate since everything is perfectly laid out.

It works and is easy to use. I think it is a little pricey for the occasional individual user. Would like to have options based on degree of use: e.g., individual vs corporate.

Had a problem with being unable to save a document. However Sam
on the chat line was very helpful (although we could not recover it) and suggested changing the input from javascript to 'flash'. I have now managed to save it.

Lifesaver!!
Lifesaver!!! I am not always able to print documents, fill, them out, sign them, and then scan them in and email them to recipients. This program allows me to skip most of the steps.
