With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I LOVE THIS SERVICE SO FAR. IT HAS ALLOWED ME TO CREATE THE DEMOGRAPHICS FORM FOR TAX PAYERS IN THE LAY OUT THAT I ALWAYS DESIRED. THE BONUS TO THE LAYOUT IS THE PDF FILL IN THAT ALLOWS YOU TO INSTRUCT THE CLIENT RIGHT WITHIN THE CELL. THE SEND TO SIGN FEATURE IS AMAZING IT ALLOWS ME TO OFFER A FASTER SERVICE WITH OUT HAVING TO HAVE A PERSONAL INTERVIEW.

I mistakenly did not cancel the trial…
I mistakenly did not cancel the trial period and was billed for a year's subscription. When I wrote to the support team, they immediately cancelled the subscription with a full refund. Even though the mistake had been mine, there was no lengthy questioning about how it happened or extra surcharges or the like. I very much appreciated their professionalism in meeting my needs.

Firstly, thank you for this beautiful pdf editor. Lately I was in need of pdf editors and most of them were either paid or working bad, but pdffiller looks clean and easier to use than other free online pdf editors.

so far i like it and that is 15 min into a 30 day trial, I reallyy needed to get some things notarized as well i cant believe that is a possibility or should i say a feature on pdffiller. Thank You, im glad i stumbled upod this app/program!!!
