Easily and quickly fill pdfs with this simple software, just be aware there is no free option other than a 30-day trial.
This software is really straightforward and easy to use. I find it intuitive and am able to edit pdfs quickly and painlessly. Adding a signature is really easy as well.
I did the free trial of this software and even though I was impressed, I didn't end up purchasing the monthly subscription due to my needs. There are options out there that are free, although they're definitely inferior in terms of functionality and user interface. So I think the cost (even though it is reasonable) ended up being not worth it for me specifically in the end. Other than that, I had no problems with the software and would recommend it to someone who uses pdf software frequently.

What happens if my mortgage rate lock expires before closing?
Real estate transactions don't always close on time. If your rate lock expires before you receive the keys, don't panic just yet. Your mortgage lender might offer to extend the lock, either free or for a fee. That rate lock extension fee might not be your responsibility, either.
What happens if I lock in a mortgage rate and the rate goes down?
On the other hand, if you lock your rate and interest rates fall, you can't take advantage of the lower rate unless your rate lock includes a float-down option. A float-down option allows you to take advantage of an interest rate decrease during your rate lock period.
What is the interest rate lock agreement?
A mortgage rate lock is an agreement between a borrower and a lender that allows the borrower to lock in the interest rate on a mortgage for a specified time period at the prevailing market interest rate.
What happens if mortgage rates go down after I lock?

As long as your home loan closes by the rate's expiration date, your lender cannot change your rate — even if current rates suddenly skyrocket. This provides great peace of mind for borrowers. Once you've locked, there won't be any surprise price increases. You can't unlock your mortgage rate after locking.
Can you change your interest rate after locking?
Yes, it's possible for your mortgage rate to change after a rate lock. This can happen if details of your application — such as your credit scores, debt-to-income ratio or down payment — change before you close on the home loan.
