Two main issues I have with PDF:
1) not being able to change the names on the forms,
2) easily finding a form to download to My Forms (referring to Acord forms mainly, you would think your company would have a direct link to Acord forms draw from)

I did not like the fact that when you decided to make it a service that charges you money, there was no warning. It forced you to pay if you wanted to keep your documents. I'm past that now and I am really ENJOYING it now that I am a paying customer.

Decent, though the affiliated linked program options which supposedly come with the upgrade purchase don't seem to work / or be actually as advertised.

Worked well! Paid for it, might as well use it!
Worked well. Forgot that I had signed up for a free trail. The annual subscription fee hit may bank account, then I remembered! Hell, since I'm paying for it, I might as well use the program.It worked really well! LOL!!

It is very easy to use, very self explanatory.
If you could include an electronic signature platform or integrate one like with adobe sign or some other document signature software would be great.

The UI were strange at times(As I sometimes had to look for something specific) , but overall my experience were really good as I am able to achieve my goal everytime with ease. I were using the edit pdf feature and again a bit of trouble trying to establish what I was looking for, but once I found it, it was quite an ease.

pdfFiller offers the best service, it was so good that I couldn't even imagine, it is the best choice when it comes to editing pdf files related to my studies. But what touched me most is the support service, I accidentally chose the annual plan and they didn't hesitate to cancel the transaction. *** ****** is literally the best *** Filling *** out there. ******. All the functionalities of *** filler are remarkable and make doing business a complete breeze. Unfortunately the Platform I use daily - is cheaper however - isnt as functional as *** filler. So I tried completing my need with them as I have used them in the past. So I signed up for the trial - attempted my documents - I failed; closed the window and forgot about the subscription. This morning I woke up and saw the charge, I couldnt remember what Email I even signed up with. I emailed *** ****** at 5 am and got an immediate response with an agent ready to help. They asked easy questions and were able to locate my account and issue an immediate refund. I dont think there are words to express how incredible and unmatched that level of customer service is.
